In construction, unsafe practices and unethical behavior don’t just risk your money — they can risk lives, structure, and trust. At SCW, we operate with a non-negotiable mindset: No safety shortcuts. No unethical moves. No hidden compromises.
Worker Safety First:
Helmets, gloves, and necessary gear are advised and provided during critical work like RCC, slab casting, or electrical tasks.
Site Cleanliness:
Daily cleaning ensures safe movement and reduces material waste and accidents.
Material Storage:
Cement, rods, and electrical materials are never left open to rain or damage. Proper storage is ensured.
Safe Structure Practices:
RCC shuttering is cross-checked for proper support.
Slab curing is done timely to avoid cracks.
No water accumulation is allowed near the foundation.
Live Site Precautions:
If a family is living on-site (during renovation), separate zones are made for work, and risks are clearly explained.
Tool Handling:
Tools like grinders, welders, or lifts are handled only by skilled labourers.
Clear Costing, No Hidden Cuts:
We never underquote to win a deal, then recover money through poor material or unexpected charges.
Site Transparency:
The client has full right to visit the site, inspect material, or ask for clarity — at any point.
No Over-commitment:
If something cannot be done within your timeline or budget without compromising quality, we say no — respectfully.
No Commission Practice:
We do not take or give any third-party commission on material supply or brand selection.
Discipline & Conduct:
Any worker misbehavior or unprofessionalism on-site is strictly not tolerated. We maintain a respectful work culture.
Digital Documentation:
Each work order, stage update, and billing is documented. Nothing is done “just by mouth.”
Using non-tested materials to save ₹1–2 per sq. ft.
