Understand how Suresh Contractor Works handles final bills, outstanding payments, project documents, design usage and handover procedures. Our aim is to help homeowners close their construction or renovation projects with clear records and agreed terms.

Copyright & Use of Designs

Every construction or renovation project may involve project-specific layouts, drawings, design concepts, measurements and other documents. Their ownership and permitted use depend on how they were created, the applicable rights and the terms agreed between SCW and the client.

Project-Specific Designs & Documents

Documents prepared specifically for a client should be used for the project and purpose for which they were provided, subject to the agreed terms. Any restrictions on copying, sharing or reusing these materials should be communicated clearly.

Using Designs with Another Contractor

If a client wishes to use SCW-prepared drawings, layouts or other project documents with another contractor, the client should first review the applicable agreement and discuss any relevant usage permissions with SCW. Any additional charges must be explained and mutually agreed upon in writing before they are applied.

Client-Provided Materials

Where the client supplies their own drawings, plans, photographs or design references, responsibility for obtaining the necessary permissions rests with the relevant rights holder. SCW will use these materials for the agreed project purposes.

Our aim is to maintain clarity about design usage while respecting the rights and legitimate interests of both the homeowner and SCW.

Understanding the Final Bill

At the end of a construction or renovation project, SCW prepares the final bill based on the agreed scope of work, completed work and any approved changes made during execution.

The final bill is intended to help both the homeowner and SCW understand the total project cost, payments already received and any remaining balance.

What the Final Bill Includes

  • Agreed Work: Charges for work covered under the original agreement.
  • Additional Work: Costs for extra work or changes approved by both parties.
  • Payments Received: A record of payments made by the client.
  • Outstanding Balance: Any amount remaining payable after adjusting the payments received.
