We never show up unannounced. Every SCW site visit or discussion happens only after prior communication with the client.

We do not use commission agents, brokers, or third-party contractors. If someone claims to be “from our team” without proper paperwork, they’re lying.
We never collect cash in advance from clients without written documentation. Our payment terms are always shared in writing. Never pay any labourer or mason directly unless pre-approved in the agreement.
