Construction projects require commitment, planning, and resource coordination. Sudden cancellations or mid-way abandonment cause serious losses to both parties. This policy outlines the terms under which work may be paused, cancelled, or legally exited.
Since we do not take advance payments, there is no refund involved in normal flow.
However, if the client makes a full pre-payment by choice and cancels mid-way:
We may cancel the project mid-way only in these rare cases:
In such cases, we will give written notice, clear final bills, and exit the site respectfully.
If the client halts the work for more than 15 days without written communication:
Yes, as long as no purchases or bookings were made
You must pay for completed stages and labour till date.
Yes, but you must inform in writing. Otherwise, it’s considered abandonment.
Refunds are only possible if full payment was made in advance and part of it remains unused.
We only cancel in rare cases like abuse, non-payment, or fraud — and we provide proper notice.
