This policy outlines how any conflict, misunderstanding, or disagreement during or after the construction project will be handled in a professional, lawful, and respectful manner.
In case of any conflict, written communication (WhatsApp, estimate, agreement) will be considered the final proof of terms. No verbal claim will be entertained.
