Suresh Contractor Works
This policy clearly outlines what labour and tools are provided by the contractor, what the client is responsible for, and how coordination is handled to ensure smooth progress and accountability on-site.
Using the tool is one thing. Using it right — every time — is the SCW difference.
Here’s how we work on-site:
Full surface checks before tile or marble fixing (dry layout, slope test)
Double curing for plaster and RCC (same day + next morning)
Tile fixing with spacers and spirit level — not hand eyeballing
Plaster with guideline patti & plumb — to avoid wavy or uneven walls
Steel bending & layout done per drawing, not random guesswork
Electrical paths marked before cutting, ensuring clean alignment
All core construction labour (e.g., masons, helpers, bar-binders, shuttering workers, tile fitters, etc.) is provided and managed by the contractor. Labour strength is scheduled based on project size and committed timeline.

Let us know at the time of booking if you need clarification or changes to any of the standard tool/labour arrangements.
