With over 35 years of hands-on experience, we believe in simple, honest, and transparent working relationships. Below are our official work policies — written in clear words to protect the interests of both client and contractor.
Each project begins with a written or digital agreement clearly stating the scope of work, estimated timeline, site conditions, and mutual responsibilities. This avoids confusion and keeps expectations aligned.
We do not take any advance payment. However, once work begins, payment must begin from Day 1 — tied directly to actual site progress.
To ensure smooth progress, we request clients to:

Only written communication (via SMS, WhatsApp, or email) is considered final and valid. Verbal or phone promises are not considered official unless confirmed in writing.
We always prefer honest and direct communication.
We do not send any middleman or third-party to collect money.
Always confirm directly with us before making any payment.
If anyone demands money on our behalf, inform us immediately.
We never misuse or share your site documents or personal information.
All workers are instructed to behave professionally on site.
Any complaint of misconduct will result in immediate removal of the person involved.
We understand that plans can change. However, if work has already started and the client cancels or changes the project:
Final bills are issued based on site records and phase-wise work done.
Any plans, drawings, or execution steps shared by us remain the intellectual property of Suresh Contractor Works and cannot be reused without written consent.
We do not work through brokers, middlemen, or false promises.
We do not believe in shortcuts or low-quality compromises.

If you want paperwork, a signed agreement, or payment proof — just ask. We’re happy to work with full records, clarity, and mutual respect.
No. We follow a strict no-advance policy. Payment starts only when work begins, and is collected phase-wise or week-wise based on progress.
We take payments during each stage of work — like RCC, plaster, etc. You can pay daily or in one go for that stage. No advance, no extra charges.
If you cancel after work begins, we will deduct the cost of labor, materials, and work completed. No refund will be given for already executed phases.
We require at least 7 days’ prior notice for cancellations or major changes. Otherwise, phase-wise payment for current/upcoming work will still be chargeable.
Yes, every client receives a written quotation with detailed pricing for labor, materials (if included), and scope of work — before we begin.
By default, we quote for labor only. But we can also provide full turnkey (material + labor) pricing if requested.
We encourage clients to personally verify material brands and inspect deliveries. Transparency is part of our working style.
Absolutely not. All costs are pre-discussed, written, and mutually agreed upon. If anything extra is needed, we take prior written approval.
Minor changes are possible with extra charges, depending on the stage. Major changes may affect cost and timeline, so we discuss them openly before implementation.
We plan according to weather forecasts and give realistic timelines. But if delays happen due to external factors, we keep you informed with updates.
Yes, we provide a basic written agreement that outlines the scope, cost, timeline, and payment terms — signed by both parties.
We have a dedicated, in-house team trained and supervised by Suresh Ji himself. Subcontractors are involved only in specialized cases, with full transparency.
You will deal directly with either Suresh Ji or a senior site supervisor for daily updates, coordination, and site decisions.
Yes, we also take civil repairs, partial construction, and renovation work like bathrooms, flooring, plastering etc.
We have 35+ years of experience and have never had a single complaint. You are welcome to visit our past project sites or talk to existing clients for reference.
