Project Summary
This project involves renovation and repair work at an existing residential property in Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi. The agreed scope covers multiple repair and improvement works across the property, including terrace, plaster, elevation, railing, marble and masonry work.
Scope of Work
The agreed renovation and repair work includes:
- Front Elevation: Repair/replacement of existing tiles
- Railing: Repair of two railings
- Terrace: Roof/terrace repair work
- First-Floor Roof: Repair from inside the room, including necessary plaster work
- Back Side: Plaster repair
- Staircase: Marble installation on four stair steps
- Brick Pillars: Construction and plastering of four pillars, approximately 9″ × 9″ and 3 ft high
