That’s why at SCW, we don’t leave site quality to chance. We follow a Daily Site Check Routine that ensures every small action aligns with the bigger plan — whether it’s day 1 of excavation or day 90 of finishing.

Our daily check covers worker attendance, site cleanliness, curing, safety measures, material usage, and quality control. Supervisors also inspect ongoing work and share updates if needed.
We share key updates via WhatsApp — including photos, work summaries, and site progress. Clients can also call the supervisor anytime for real-time updates.
If any issue is found, it’s fixed the same day. Whether it’s leveling, improper curing, or site mess, we never wait for client complaints — we fix things proactively.
Each site has a dedicated Site Manager/Supervisor from our team who handles daily checks and reports. The senior team reviews weekly.
