Before even a single brick is laid, we do:
• Site visit (if not already done)
• Understanding your actual need (full construction, partial work, repair, etc.)
• WhatsApp-based discussion of work scope and timelines
• Initial estimate shared — with clear breakdown
• Questions answered — no pressure, no hidden urgency

| Step 1: Final Scope & Written Confirmation | We finalize the scope of work, rates, material responsibility, and timelines in writing (WhatsApp or signed agreement). Work begins only after both sides agree. |
| Step 2: Work Setup & Start | We arrange labour and a site in-charge, begin with site cleaning, marking, base layout, and tool setup. Daily updates are sent to the client. |
| Step 3: Stage-Wise Construction with Quality Checks | Each construction stage — masonry, RCC, plastering, tiling, plumbing, etc. — is executed carefully with checks before moving forward. |
| Step 4: Client Communication | At every major step, we send photo updates, material status, and take written approvals for any design or scope changes. |
| Step 5: Finishing & Final Check | Final clean-up, client walkthrough with checklist, touchups, and final payment bill. Work only closes when the client is fully satisfied. |

Mid-Sized Work (1–2 floors): 6–8 workers
Full Construction (multi-floor): 10–14 workers, based on timeline

Yes. We explain every line item, material or labour, so you're clear about what you're paying for.
We check every layer of work — from RCC level to tiling. Our site supervisor signs off before next step starts.
You get photo updates almost daily, especially at each major stage. Communication is fully transparent.
Yes, but only with a written update and approval of cost/time impact. No verbal requests are accepted.
Tell us clearly in writing — we'll review and fix genuine issues before project closeout.
Only if we agreed so in writing. Otherwise, we handle everything as per the agreed estimate.
