Privacy & Conduct Policy – Safe, Respectful Construction Work

This page is to protect the personal privacy, on-site behavior, and mutual respect between our team and the client. Our goal is to create a safe and professional construction environment — free of misbehavior, surveillance misuse, or personal interference.

1. No Misuse of Surveillance or Cameras

CCTV and photo/video recordings are allowed for project documentation only. However:

  • Continuous filming of workers or zooming into individual behavior is not allowed.
  • Recording audio/video without consent is a privacy violation.
  • Hidden or spy cameras are strictly prohibited.

Any misuse will be taken seriously and may lead to site closure or legal action.

2. Respecting Worker Privacy

Just like clients expect respect and professionalism, our workers do too.

  • No verbal abuse, shouting, or degrading language
  • No filming of workers during lunch, rest, or changing
  • No forced behavior or unreasonable supervision

Our team works hard — let them do their job without harassment or discomfort.

3. Contractor & Staff Conduct

Our promise to you:

  • All staff will behave professionally
  • No use of abusive language or aggressive tone
  • No worker will enter non-work areas (e.g., bedrooms) without permission
  • No loitering, phone use, or laziness during work hours
  • No involvement in neighbours’ disputes or gossip

If you notice any staff misconduct, please report it immediately — we take strict action.

4. On-Site Boundaries

The contractor and labour will strictly stay within their designated site or work area. They are instructed to:

  • Not enter personal rooms or storage spaces
  • Not use client’s personal belongings/tools without permission
  • Not stay on-site after working hours

We expect the same boundaries from the client’s side as well.

5. Mutual Respect Is Non-Negotiable

Whether it’s a 5-day job or a 5-month project — respect must be maintained both ways.

  • No threats, insults, or verbal intimidation
  • No passive-aggressive behavior or spying
  • No treating workers as “servants” — they are skilled professionals

We don’t tolerate misconduct from either party.

6. Clean & Safe Environment

To maintain a healthy worksite:

  • No smoking, alcohol, or loud music allowed on-site
  • Workers must dispose of waste responsibly
  • Clients must ensure the site is free of unrelated individuals during work

A clean, distraction-free site improves speed, quality, and safety.

7. Confidentiality Policy

We will not share your property photos, plans, or any private discussions publicly unless:

  • You give us written permission
  • It’s required for technical documentation only (e.g., before/after proof)

We also expect clients not to record or leak our rates, strategies, or methods to third parties or competitors.

8. No Interference From Unofficial Persons

During active work hours, the site must not be interfered with by:

  • Friends or relatives giving instructions
  • Neighbors “supervising” or checking work
  • Other contractors interfering or questioning our team

Only the authorized client contact person is allowed to guide or question the work — and only in writing.
