Work Quality — As Promised in Writing
Every scope, material, and finish listed in the estimate or agreement will be delivered exactly as committed — no shortcuts, no last-minute switches.
Skilled Labour & Supervised Execution
All team members are chosen based on your project’s needs. Our site supervisors ensure quality checks from foundation to finish.
No Hidden Costs in the Final Bill
Your estimate is clear and transparent. There will be no surprise charges, unless there’s a written and approved change in scope.
Layer-by-Layer Quality Checks
From RCC and plaster to electrical and tiling, each stage is inspected before moving ahead. This ensures long-term strength and finish reliability.
Time-Bound Execution (With Realistic Flexibility)
We complete work within the committed timeline under normal conditions. Delays (if any) happen only due to weather, fund holds, or client-side material delays — and we always keep you informed.
If the client delays payments, we cannot guarantee continuity with our skilled team.
If the budget is reduced mid-project, the original speed, consistency, and quality cannot be maintained.
If we’re asked to cut down quality to match price, we clearly state: such work will not be covered under our guarantee.
For Example_
Original Estimate: RCC slab for 1500 sq. ft. @ ₹80/sq. ft.
Client Later Says: “Can you adjust it in ₹1000 total?”
In such cases, we either:
Pause work until the payment gap is cleared, or
Use basic materials only to recover costs — not to maintain quality.
This compromises the structure’s strength. We don’t recommend such shortcuts. If forced, we withdraw our guarantee for that portion of work or material.

No — we don’t make unrealistic claims. We guarantee what’s listed in the written estimate within practical, industry-standard timelines.
Yes — if it’s due to our workmanship or faulty material, and within the agreed maintenance window.
Only if it’s our fault. Damage caused by wear-and-tear, third parties, or post-handover design changes is chargeable.
Only if it is clearly quoted in the estimate — like terrace coatings or tank linings. Basic plaster or paint does not include waterproofing by default.
Always written. Whatever is mentioned in the final signed estimate or agreement is guaranteed. Verbal commitments do not apply.
